Our goal is to make you feel confident from the inside and out. ————————————————————————— What to Know Before Scheduling A Procedure Non- Permissible Candidates: ———————————————— • Individuals over 18 years old are the only acceptable age group. • Expectant or breastfeeding mothers should postpone the procedure due to hormonal fluctuations,which may result in unpredictable outcomes. • Those with pacemakers or significant heart issues are not suitable candidates due to the use of epinephrine, a numbing agent, which may lead to heart rate irregularities. • Individuals with viral infections or underlying health conditions that compromise the immune system should avoid the procedure due to a heightened risk of infections. • People with Lupus or a history of organ transplant should refrain from the procedure because their immune systems are compromised. • Skin conditions,such as eczema, dermatitis,rosacea,or psoriasis in or around the treatment area, may negatively affect the procedure’s results. • Allergies to metals and colorants can be disqualifying because the pigments used may contain these components. • Individuals prone to keloid scarring may experience keloid formation after permanent makeup due to skin punctures. • Accutane users should wait one year post treatment for the skin to return to its normal state. Subject to Medical Clearance and Documentation: ———————————————————- • Individuals undergoing chemotherapy must obtain a doctor’s clearance before scheduling the procedure. • People with diabetes are eligible if their condition is stable and under control, as confirmed by a physician’s note. • Those with thyroid conditions should note that the color of their brows may fade faster when taking specific medications. • Individuals with glaucoma may proceed with caution considering the slightly elevated risk of eye infections. • People with high blood pressure must ensure their blood pressure is stable to avoid excessive bleeding during the procedure. Case-by-Case Consideration: —————————————————- • Those with pre existing dark eyebrow tattoos or permanent makeup must send a photograph for evaluation to determine if the previous work is light enough for hair strokes. • Individuals allergic to lidocaine or epinephrine can opt for the procedure without numbing agents. • Very oily skin types may not be suitable for hairstrokes, but powder brows or a combination of hairstrokes and powder effects such as combo/hybrid brows could be considered. • If prone to cold sores, preventive antiviral medication prescribed by a doctor,taken 48 hours before treatment, is necessary to prevent an outbreak. • Individuals with naturally dark lips or a propensity for hyperpigmentation must submit a photo for evaluation. • Sun-damaged skin can lead to poor pigment retention and may require additional considerations. Cancellation Policy
The first reschedule is complimentary as long as you’ve notified the brow studio 48 hours in advance of scheduled appointment.
If you opt to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment or are a no-show a 50% fee will be charged.
A second reschedule will require a new deposit and the previous deposit will be forfeited regardless of 48 hr notice.
A third reschedule will require a full payment upfront regardless of 48 hr notice.
A second cancellation or no-show will require any future services to be paid in full prior to and required at the time of booking.
